FAQ / STORE POLICY

ORDERING

All of our chocolates are handmade and made to order hence it usually takes 3-4 working days to make before they can be posted and if ordering large quantities, please allow ample time before the event date when booking so as to avoid disappointment especially during busy periods. Our minimum date to book is 4-6 weeks before the event date.

PAYMENTS

We currently accept payments through PayPal.
All orders must be paid for in full beforehand before the orders are processed after which an acknowledgement email will be sent.
Once the order has been processed, we will send an email to let you know your chocolates are on their way.

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

Please note: Usually, once a BESPOKE order has been confirmed and paid for, it CANNOT be cancelled , as each order is handmade to order for you only. But based on special circumstances, we can cancel some bespoke orders (if we are emailed ASAP usually within 1 day of ordering). Please email us at contact@sayitwithchocolates.com with subject heading 'CANCELLATION ENQUIRES'

Every other order can be cancelled if notified within 14 calender days after the receipt of the goods. The customer must not delay their return of the goods and should send them back within 14 days of notifying us of their decision to cancel. Short shelf life chocolates such as truffles cannot be Returned / Cancelled. To cancel an order, please email us at contact@sayitwithchocolates.com with subject heading 'CANCELLATION ENQUIRES'
 

It is the buyers reponsibility to send the chocolates back and the cost of returning of the chocolates are on the buyer. The order will be successfully cancelled and the payments refunded minus the postage fee when the goods are returned as it was posted. In addition customers will lose their right to cancel if they:

  • - Open the chocolates as they are not suitable for return if they are opened, due to health protection or hygiene reasons

DELIVERY

The price of the chocolates does not include delivery charge. There is a flat rate postage amount of £6.75. Price increases inclusive of packaging and during the Summer period, coolant costs.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For Delivery.

if you require expedited delivery please email us at contact@sayitwithchocolates.com, so as to give you a quote as this is dependent on the weight of the products.

During the Summer period / extremely hot conditions, your chocolate products will be transported with coolants to ensure that the products reach you in perfect condition.

We cannot be held responsible for returned products due to failed delivery due to incorrect / incomplete address as we will deliver to the address as you enter it and no refund is possible due to the unknown holding conditions & temperatures that may possibly affect the quality of the chocolate.

Please recheck/ verify your address with PayPal as the address provided via PayPal is where the chocolates will be delivered to.

At the moment we can only deliver to the UK, but we are investigating the possibilities of worldwide delivery.

We will send you an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your order 5 days after the dispatch confirmation email has been sent, please contact us at customerservices@sayitwithchocolates.com , so we can chase up your order with Royal Mail.

Please note,though we ensure that all products are dispatched in perfect order hence we cannot take responsibility for handling by Royal Mail

INGREDIENTS

Dark chocolate min Cocoa solids: 54%

Milk chocolate min Cocoa solids: 33%

White chocolate min Cocoa solids: 25%

We use foodgrade edible colours and lustre dusts that are safe to eat and can be used with chocolate.

ALLERGENS

Our chocolates are NOT made in a nut free environment and may contain Nuts, Other types of nuts including (Pistachios and Hazelnuts) Milk,Soya, Sulphites, Barley Malt and Wheat.

Chocolates are best kept in a cool dark place. We do not advice storing chocolates in the refrigerator, as this will cause the chocolate to develop a "bloom" due to the condensation
